Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Paul Valentine jewelry and accessories, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with the security tag intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse.
